Glenn Delve is an experienced business leader with a variety of industry and commercial experience, but is primarily property focused.
It was in 2014 that Glenn founded Ocea which led to the purchase, design, planning, conversion and selling of over 20 developments, scaling from initial project sizes of 4-12 units to current schemes of 70-95 units.
Glenn has often been referred to as the UK’s leading expert on “Prior Approval Commercial Conversions”.
Co-Author of Amazon’s Bestseller “Commercial Property Conversions” alongside Mark Homer of Progressive Property.
Glenn has spent the past 6 years within the property training industry as a trainer, mentor, coach and speaker and has assisted fellow property investors and developers to achieve their desired property outcomes within the field of commercial conversions. He has also taught the Commercial Property Masterclass (CPM) course for Progressive Property since November 2015.
As Managing Director, Glenn oversaw the £50m re-development of a hotel, spectator stands and golf course at Hampshire’s Cricket Ground, The Rose Bowl (now Ageas Bowl) which was voted “Best International Venue” by an independent study.
Prior to moving into property, Glenn spent 12 years in the RAF as a Flight Lieutenant, progressing through officer training and flying training to eventually graduate as a Fast Jet Navigator on RAF Phantoms. He then went on to fly Tornados and Hercules in highly demanding low level tactical roles.
When Glenn isn’t living and breathing property, he enjoys spending time with the family he loves, and pursuing his preferred hobbies of golf, sailing and skiing.
Ocea specialise in commercial to residential property conversion, primarily office buildings into apartments under permitted development.
