Hampton House on St Mary’s Place, Southampton is  converted from commercial to residential property in 2017. It is a bespoke collection of 30 one and two bed apartments spread across four floors. 

The apartments were designed to maximise the use of space, with an emphasis on natural light, which is particularly evident in the top floor apartments where the high ceilings are fitted with roof lights as well as Velux windows to complement the views of nearby parks.
